Moon Blue Letterpress Greeting Card

The Moon Blue Letterpress Greeting Card is printed in Glasgow by The Passenger Press, on paper milled in the UK, as part of their Hearth & Home collection, which was made for people moving house, setting out on a new path, or in need of some encouraging words in a difficult time.

Rhian Nicholas prints the card by hand in small batches on an antique press in her studio and shop in Glasgow, where the vintage presses sit at the back of an old Victorian shopfront. Letterpress gives the design a soft, slightly pressed finish.

The colour varies a little from batch to batch, as it always does when a press is inked by hand. It comes with a brown kraft envelope.

We stock it because it covers the moments that are often the hardest to find a card for.

Keeping the Colour True

Keep the card out of direct sunlight once it's on display, as strong light gradually fades printed colour. Store it flat beforehand so the corners stay sharp.
