Tempered Glass Built to Last

What sets the Picardie apart from ordinary, everyday glassware is the tempering process. Duralex tempered glass is significantly stronger than standard glass, resistant to both heat and impact, and far less likely to chip or crack with normal use. When it does eventually break - which takes considerably more effort than you’d expect - it shatters into small blunt pieces rather than dangerous shards.
