Traditional Guatemalan Single Worry Doll

This single worry doll is made by hand in Guatemala by Fair Trade artisans, using bright woven fabrics and natural fibres, and it comes on a colourful printed card, ready to give to someone going through a tricky time. In Guatemalan tradition, worries are whispered to the doll at bedtime before it is tucked under the pillow, and by morning the doll is said to have taken them away. It is small enough to keep in a bag, a wallet or a bedside drawer.
