This Sacred Heart is cut from tin in a Victorian-inspired design and finished in a brass and gold tone. It is made by hand in India for Love and Honor Jesus and comes in two sizes: small, at 6.5 inches, and large, at 9.5 inches.

The Sacred Heart is among the most familiar images in the milagro and ex-voto tradition of Mexico and Latin America, and the scrolling Victorian outline gives this version the look of an old brooch or a pressed-metal frame.

Caring for Tin

Tin will rust if it stays damp, so keep the heart indoors and dust it with a dry cloth. Avoid metal polish, which can strip the brass and gold tone.
